We want every student to feel confident when joining our online solo course. Since this is a digital learning program with immediate access to all lessons, resources, and downloadable files, our refund rules are designed to ensure fairness while protecting the value of our content. Please read the policy below carefully before enrolling.
Eligibility for refund
Refund requests are only considered if the student has not completed more than 10% of the course modules. Once progress exceeds this limit, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstance.
Access-based restriction
Because the course includes instant access to video lessons, templates, downloadable resources, and private tools, refunds are not available once any downloadable content has been accessed or used.
Refund request window
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. Requests beyond this time frame are automatically declined.
